This year, for Thanksgiving, we stayed home and my dad came out to visit for a week.
We had so much fun! We went to Glendale Glitters to see the Christmas lights and the kids got to play in the snow.
Carter loved it!
Brielle not so much!
My dad got us some screws to fix all our kitchen table chairs so the cushions won't come off anymore. We always had to make sure we sat down right or the cushion would slide off and we would fall through the chair.He also bought new drawer sliders for Landon's dresser. His drawers never shut right so my dad fixed them all. Thanks dad!
Carter helped him put the cushions back on and he really thought he knew what he was doing. It was sooo cute!
Saturday night, went to this pizza place called Organ Stop Pizza, in Mesa,and the kids thought it was the best place!
This huge black and gold Organ from the 1920's comes up out of the floor and the organist plays songs upon request. He played broadway songs, disney, christmas songs,etc.
Brielle was sooo excited! She loved the lights that came on for the different songs and the puppet show they had above the organ.
The pizza was really good too!
It was definately an older place and there was a lot of Elderly people there but it is a great family place as well. We will definately be going there agian!
Carter was so into it and clapped after every song.
After the pizza place, we went to the Mesa Temple to see the Christmas lights and concert.
The kids looked so cute getting ready to say prayer for the christmas concert.
Thanks Dad for coming out to visit and spoiling us while you were out here! We miss you!

oh jen! I love how u just keep going and going! Ur my inspiration-still out and about with twice as many kids as I have! Looks like u had fun-and ur kids are growing up so fast!
That pic of the two of them folding their arms for the prayer is so precious. They are both such cuties! You guys are an adorable family...and Jen you are gorgeous! You look like pochahontas with your long hair. haha! I LOVE it!! :)
