Carter always does a cheesy smile now while closing his eyes!
He is always the loudest one in the room no matter where we are!
Just look at those big brown eyes and that drool hanging from his chin.
He is so much fun and already has a personality bigger than he is.
Carter is such a spaz and has so much energy all day long. He only calms down to take a nap and go to bed at night.
